Self-Guided Go-Getter $200

Do you walk into the gym and know how to lift, but do not know what you should be doing for your workouts?  Then this program is for you:

  • Initial Assessment/Coaching Call: $50

  • 2-3 workouts/month in PTMinder program-switched up every 4-6 weeks

  • Private FB Group

    • Nutrition tips

    • Fitness tips

    • Quarterly guest speakers on supplements, physical therapy, massage, etc.

  • Bi-weekly email check-in

  • Purchase extra Zoom calls for discounted rate of $30

  • Food Diary Evaluation

  • Measurements turned in every 6 weeks

Map Out My Wellness $400

This is best for beginners and those that may need more accountability outside my coaching with nutrition, etc.

  • Everything you get with the basic +

  • Custom Workout: 3-4 workouts/month in PTMinder

  • Weekly emails with:

    • Nutrition Tips

    • Fitness Tips

    • Small group Zoom calls with guest speakers where you can ask specific questions

    • Weekly check-ins (email or 30 minute phone call)

  • Collaboration with other wellness professionals in your circle (i.e. physical therapist, chiropractor)
